WHY PROTECT YOUR INCOME?

Unfortunately, 25% of people in Germany will suffer from a serious illness or disability before the age of 65. The German state will provide you with a small pension of between 17%-34% of your last income, should be unable to work due to health issues. Until you have paid 5 full years into the DRV, you will receive no support at all. It is very important to bridge this gap, particularly if you have others who depend on your income.
